Think beyond the students

Plan For The Whole School Family

PTO and PTA events often include younger siblings, parents, grandparents and school staff in addition to students. Variety helps a larger range of guests participate.

  • Use interactive games for active student competition.
  • Use giant games for families and mixed ages.
  • Add concessions for another easy gathering point.
  • Add photo entertainment for school memories.
  • Add an outdoor movie for an evening family event.
Keep families moving

Create Multiple Activity Stations

One attraction can create one big line. Several smaller activity zones let families spread out and give students more things to discover throughout the event.

Games, concessions and photo experiences can each become a destination without requiring everyone to participate at the same time.
